Size small measurements are chest or bust 32 to 34 inches.
Jester costume:
Two contrasting fabrics, purchase the same amount of each fabric.
Felt hat, heart applique, ribbon for drawstring.
Clown costume:
Top with collar, pants with suspenders.
Felt hat, star applique, ribbon for drawstring.
New but opened envelope
Uncut with original factory folds.
The envelope is in good to acceptable condition with the name of a person written in ink on the front and the top flap is torn off.
